I am in the process of building Aleph 60 monoblocks and is planning to construct chassis with heat sinks rated of 0.15 deg/watt. Would these be adequate in an ambient environment temperature of about 28 deg? I live in the tropics! I intend to build the Aleph 60 with a +/- 38V PSU. What would be the total dissipation? I am trying not to spend a few weeks to build the chassis and then find that it's dissipation is not adequate! NP SOS!

It is 200 W per channel, or a bit more in your case, and you would use 0.15 heatsinks meaning 30 degrees increase plus you 28 giving 58. That is a little bit hot. If you use 2 sinks per channel then you would be closer to 45 degrees which would be excellent.
I have no problems with higher temperature. My Zen V2 runs at about 74°C on heatsinks for 1 year now with IRFP150N and for long hours.
