how do you check to see if your ground is bad inside of your amp?

i have a 94 eclipse with 4 12's and 1 10"

i have a autotek 800xi running the 12's

i have a autotek ss 475 running the 10 on channels 3 and 4 piggybacked with the 800...

i'm running 4 gauge amp wires

but i have alot of engine noise so i put ground loop isolators in line with the headunit but they have bass blockers..so i loose alot of my bass:bawling:
