Basically, would it be possible to make a tuned muffler out of MDF?
see, I have a 4 stroke lawn mower motor, and it would be so kewl having it sound like a decent sized engine with a good exhaust... or something...

Well, three facts conspire against this idea:
1. Exhaust fumes are really hot.
2. MDF is wood.
3. Wood that gets really hot catches fire.
Besides, how cool can a hot-rod be?😀

well, the MDF was just for a trial... 😛 if it worked, theres always metal of some description....
Heya skinny kid lol, i see your bored again, get hold of a Hot Dog muffler off of an old gemini or somthing and it should sound mint, a tuned pipe will give a 2 stroke atleast a 35% gain in power, though i do realise your modding a sluggish 4 stroke lol.
