Some of these amps have pulldown resistors and some don't.
With the amp OFF, remove the IC and measure the resistance from pin 4 to the four output pins of the IC. If they read about 470k, it should be safe.

I install one new output FET in each bank and a new 4080 but amp in some kind of mode.

If you have 12v on pins 15 and 16 of the 4080, post the DC voltage on all terminals of IC4C.

I had 5.34v on these pins ,so I remove the limiter and power it up.The 4080 started heating up fast.I remove it and the voltage came back up to 12v.
