Hello everyone,
I am in the market for a high quality PSU main transformer (Specifically ~355V 0.2A, 110V 20mA) for a SE 300B amp.
Possible candidates in my list are:
LL1669A,
Tribute custom transformer,
Monolith Magnetics custom transformer (if they only were more reactive to respond to my emails).
Any other suggestions?

Any low-flux (Bmax=~1.5T) toroid with screen between primary and secondary, can be custom-made anywhere in EU.
if you are in Italy, Piemme could be an option. Never tried the myself.

To me, "Hi end power transformer" means oversized, and potted, to reduce the 2 main issues with power transformers: sag and mechanical noise.
Bmax 1.5T for audio mains power apps for a toroid is more than my upper limit ...(for transistor amp psu´s who cares) For tube amps 1.3T and no higher if one wants to control the spewing leakage flux that interacts with output transformers and input stages. Be prepared to be able to rotate a toroid for minimum proximity radiated hum.Any low-flux (Bmax=~1.5T) toroid with screen between primary and secondary, can be custom-made anywhere in EU.
For EI cores, Bmax 1.2T is my upper limit also with sim but lower Leakage Flux issues.

How do you understand a high -end power transformer and what is your budget for one?
Please be aware that an inappropriately strict flux/Bmax limit inadvertedly leads to increased winding turns numbers, hence increased resistance, hence increased sag, unless a bigger core is chosen.
Best regards!
