Hello I am looking for a schematic/diagram for the HIFONICS ZXI 9400, can anyone help me? I am stuck into protect led.
Greets!
protect led ??? Regardless, looks like you'll have to join to download/view: https://www.google.com/search?sca_e...biw=1242&bih=568&dpr=1.1#imgrc=UsmsxMb_a9ZSJM

Welll it starts and without question goes into protect mode. I am taking it apart tday. What should i check first? And is there a 100% schematic???
I didn't download the diagram (no interest in having any more passwords, etc). What was it?
I don't have anything on that specific amp but since there are a lot of clone-type amps, I may have something close. Email me a good quality photo (approximately 1920x1080 resolution to start, no flare from the flash, in focus...) of the component side of the main board and the component side of any driver boards in the amp and I'll see if it looks familiar.

After looking into it, I found out that the heart of the problem, was 4 Mosfets. Now the following question is: What shoud i replace them with. I searched by the serial number, but I couldn' find any. I was looking for some alternatives, but, without any luck... All that I was able to find, were from Aliexpress...
I tested the remaining 12 Mosfets, but they all seem to be within their parameters.

This isn't an FET. It's an IGBT. If you can find a datasheet for it (I could not), compare it to something like the irgp4063.

After reading some more, I found a similar post with the same problem, it was a Hifonics ZXi 1501, that used the same tranzistors: MAP6808. From what I understood back in the days they were using IGBT tranzistors either from Toshiba GT20D101 or Musitech, I googled them up fast but not a lot of options for me to purchase either.
What should I be searching for next ?

Find a datasheet for a known working replacement and compare to the available IGBTs.
If you haven't tried it, Octopart can sometimes give possible alternates.
