Perry do happen to know the mouser part number for the recifiers diodes to this amplifier. FMU34S, FMU34R I can not find them.
I don't have a sub for the 400v rectifiers. Use the parametric search to narrow down the options.
OK. The rail voltage is likely too close to 100v to use 200v rectifiers.
Make sure that you choose ultrafast rectifiers. 35ns switching (reverse recovery) is average for SMPS rectifiers.

No Someone has taken them. I found an old forum of yours and someone where you found the parts already. Probably higher than need but useable. A replacement for:
FMG-G33R Digi-key APT30D60BCAG
FMG-G33S Digi-key APT30D60BCTG
FMG-G33R Digi-key APT30D60BCAG
FMG-G33S Digi-key APT30D60BCTG
I didn't have any photos of the 2500. I assumed that they were TO-220.
I thought that you had the tutorial and those are listed in it.

So without the rectifiers installed the 2 10R resistors near the +-15 regulators heat up very fast. They are connected to a transformer secondary winding it looks like.
All of my regulated voltage seems off. Should all the voltage regulation still function without the output driver card in circuit?
No rectifiers
I figured out one of the opamps an tl072 was in circuit in place of an RN4558, this caused a short across the -+15 circuit.
