I'm planing on building my firts TT.
Right now I'm in the gathering info stage, there are so many questions:
spindel bearing, materials, motor( could I use one from a cumputer hard drive?), arm mechanism, suspention, weight...
This forum looks so intresting.
Hope to fined some answers here, links & info.
Would appritiate any advice or comments

Welcome to the forum. I see you've found the Analog forum. Take some time and look through some of the older threads. There's some good info from really knowledgable members.

Regarding motors, in an analog TT, the job is to drive a very massive platter at a very low and constant speed. That's the opposite of what a hard drive motor needs to do.

A TT is a great project. Love to do one myself someday.
