First of all, I know that my English is not very good.
I bought on Ebay the following amplifier.
However, after having connected the amplifier, I noted that the power transformer did not function. All the tubes function, no sound. The power transformer become very hot and a bad odor releases from the transfo. I write on several occasions to the company no answer.
If somebody could give me information on the transformer so that I can install some another, that would be very appreciated.
If someone have the same amp, i can help him to buy a pair of tube of replacement.

Tigrine,
I take it that when you say the tubes function, the filaments light. If so, the transformer primary and filament secondary(ies) are ok. It is possible that the HT secondary is also ok , and that the problem is further down the power supply chain.
If you feel comfortable measuring high voltages and faultfinding, I would start by measuring the AC (if there is any) on the HT secondary. If you do get a reading the transformer is ok , and you can then move on to see if there is any DC present after the rectifier and first smoothing capacitor. Keep moving in this direction until you find the fault.
If you do not feel competent to carry out this procedure, I strongly advise you to power down the unit immediately and take it to somebody suitably qualified.

I take it to somebody suitably qualified. The transformer primary is OK.
the filament secondary is Ok. The HT doesn't work.
I had hoped that somebody who has the same amplifier can check measurements of his power transformer.

Hello tigrine!
Have you fixed your amplifier? I hope so!
What was wrong?
I would like to buy one HiFi 6P13P class A amp too, but i can find anything regarding the 6P13 tubes.
Noone sells them and no equivalent found.
Is it risky to buy that amp?

Did you try eBay? I just punched in 6P13P and both that amp plus tubes came up. Here is the datasheet for the tubes:

I didn't fixe the problem on my amplifier
I decided to keep it to use the pieces.
What was wrong?
I think, the amp has a short in the circuit and for this reason it blow up the power transformer.

I think, I'm the only bad lucky one.
A lot of people buy this amp whitout problem.
If you buy this amp, I have few 6p13p tubes to sale.

What were you expecting for a made in china amp that costs $198? The transformers alone should cost that much.
I'm not a dummies. When you buy a china amp like this one, you take a chance. In my case, I took a chance just for a few dollars.
Sorry for your amp, but a Powertransformer should be no problem to replace. Maybe it was to small? Dont give up !
When i found out that 6P13P = 6P13S i found a lot of tubes.
Thank you all.
Have seen this many times EL34-A or B , 6N1P or S
Same tube, but what does the last letter means?

it's true: 6p13s is a old russian tube which used in tv-set
6n1p - double triod something like 12au7 but on 6v
's'- at the end means octal(mostly)

I checked the datasheets for both. Seems similar.

6p13p not exist, u can choose between 6p13s or 6p14p. but on your pic its look like 6p13s.

If you zoom in to the right valve, you can see the text 6P13P. I have read on the net that they are the same.

It's something similar to a EL36/6CM5, from what I remember. I think one pin is different, though. (pin 3 & 4 are reversed.. cathode and NC)
Have the same exact amp
I've bought this amp few years ago also from eBay, it's been flawless since I've had it, mine started to do the same as yours, got real hot, and the plastic plates I guess they are some sort of divider or shield started to melt. Is this a sign of a poorly made transformer, and is it replaceable. I’ve also bought a couple of KT88 amps from the same seller, and those so far “knocking on wood” have been working fine. Check out the pics of the transformer on my Picasa site here.
