hi everyone

i am a newcomer in DIY audio. i am common with car audio installation, but i can't create an audio components. i would be very grateful if i can learn something in this forum. and i want to make friends to anyone 😉

i have an old crack JVC integrated amp. is there any way to tweak that amp? i want it to sound better, so i don't have to buy a new one. or, should i have to built my own DIY amps? will they sound better than my old crack amp?

there are so many amplifier kit in my country, but still i want to learn how to build an amplifier. is there any handbook for DIY amps?

Welcome, bugpack!

There's not really a handbook that I know of, but there is a ton
of info if you dig around here. Here are some quick links to show what
kind of stuff we talk about here:

i am starting to build an amplifier. i integrated it with a tube buffered preamp. my amplifier i am working is a class a amps. will it sound good? i plan to use a 6922 tube in my preamp section.

how if i use a monoblock circuitry with independent power supply each channel? it means that i should have two blocks. how about stereo crosstalk issue about that design? will toroid power supply will sound much better?

is there any advantages if i place those two monoblock with one pre amp section in one chassis than having the preamp in separate chassis?? will there any noises or any oher disadvantages in this integrated chassis?

does anybody have a schematic picture of a dual mono amps with integrated preamp? i'm very grateful if you have any.. this is my first project 😀
