I am slowly getting this thing dialled in....rpi with hifiberry dac+pro running Volumio.
But I can't get it to see my pc to play music from the hard drive. My revo Superconnect can see and will play the flac file I just ripped to it as a test...but not the pi.
Any links or tips please?

I always found Volumio frustrating, never felt that it was giving it's best. Flirted with Moode, Rune etc, but PcP works best for me.
For the sake of an SD Card, it's got to be worth a try...
Thanks I'll give it a try. I've just moved my rpi from upstairs to downstairs....both ethernet not Wi-Fi...and now it won't find the network...frustrating piece of kit.
One of the many benefits of using PcP is that it runs in RAM, so SD card failures, loss of configuration settings are extremely rare.
It's almost set and forget, and the new 'Material' skin for LMS works well on a phone, tablet and PC.
