I would guess that the Black & White are Hot & Neutral, the Blues are one secondary, the Browns are another secondary. I think the Green w/ Yellow should be connected to the Earth coming from the mains???
The best thing would be to ask P.D. or has anyone reading this bought a tranny from VM that came with a wiring diagram?(It would likely be the same...)

i did ask P.D. You would think he would know but he didn't he sujested emailing victoria magnetic's. I may just do so.
Emailing VM is probably the safest way to go. (You don't want to damage the transformer). If you give them the model # off the tranny, they should be able to help you out.
Email John (john@victoriamagnetics.com) tonight and you'll get your answer tomorrow morning.
Email John the picture that you posted here. He's familiar with what we diyers are doing with those transformer.

fcel,
I thought you were using the same transformer on your Aleph2.😉
Anyway, this is just a simple toroid and the previous suggestions were right on the mark. The green/yellow wire is shield and should be connected to the ground. The other wires are easily identified with a meter. The highest impedance would be for primary. THe other two are secondaries. The short piece of a jacket is to mark the same phase on secondaries, I guess.
No need to trouble John.😉

My VM 1kva transformer has only one set of secondary. White/Black is Primary. Blue/Brown/Blue are secondary where Brown is secondary center tap. I guess JasonL can figure out the other set of secondary wiring.
