I have fused IEC mains inlet on the back panel of my enclosure. I would like to mount a push switch on the front panel of the enclosure that turns on the mains and also allows the power to flow to the two ( 2 ) soft start circuits and then to the two transformers.
With the above in mind, would I need a double pole single throw type switch ?
I am assuming the double poles have the common center where the mains wire's would attach and the switch can handle the 110v/10A.
Thanks for the help,
MM

You can break both lines simultaneously with either a DPDT or a DPST switch.
Or break only the hot line with only a SPST switch, but it's easier to find a DPDT switch.
The loads are just all in parallel.

Thanks rayma,
Should one look for a momentary switch, latching switch, others that might be available. I am looking for no led application.

Unless the switch controls a relay coil, you just need a standard mechanical latching "maintained" on/off switch,Thanks rayma,

not a momentary type. Life will be much easier if you choose a switch that mounts in a round hole.
This is a nice one, but is rather large both inside and out.
