Help With PS1/X Screen

I just got a psx lcd but i cant turn it on or get an input through to it, if any1 has any idea how to get it working with an input it would be great.

Wierd Colors

i have plugged it into my ps2 but if i play a dvd most of the color is green

I was able to find this cable in the States...

My psone screen was on once it was pluged in to an outlet. The screen did not show anything until an input was added. I use this cable to connect my DVD via composite video.
