Help with Myryad MA 360 Parts Identification

Hello All!

I hope someone here can help me source a replacement part for my Myryad MA-360. Specifically, I am looking for the RCA socket circled in the photo. It is a dual RCA socket that needs replacing....

Thanks so much...I should add that I am located in the US....any suppliers here?

You can find it on amazon but you will have to modify them because on the hold, there is an earth on one of the mounting screws (cinch 4 pin) compared to cinch 3 pin at amazon.
