help with M-audio Fastrack USB

I got big problem with my M-audio,its says like unknow device when i plug in to USB PC base or Mac base,drivers not working anymore..
If eeprom is failure can i remove it?..or if i change a new one eeprom,how can i program it to work back with latest driver from vendor..

Please anyone help..
