Help with Krell KSA 300S part number

After running down another problem on the driver board I had another component fail. On the schematic all it shows is U2. The part is a 8 leg ic, but the top is torched. Does anyone know the part number for that part?

That is a DC servo for the output offset. There is no part list or BOM.

So I found a part number associated with the part (OP27) which is listed as a LOW-NOISE PRECISION OP AMP.
