Hi, does anyone know the proper bias settings for the mosfets? I have 5mv across one .33 ohm resistor, and 10mv across the other! I can't find any real schematic on this thing! The 10mv side is MUCH warmer than the other! There is no heatsinks on these either!

The later 18k and Aurum which used the same output stage, albeit with 1.5ohm output resistors were biased at 25 - 35mV. Allowing for the 24k's .33r resistors a setting of 6.5mV should put you right in the middle of this range.
Your one channel with 10mV would be a bit on the high side at > 30mA.
