Help with amp #2, 300B or 6550?

I’m in the final stages of building my 2nd amp, and need to decide on the output tubes.

Amp #1 is a 6sl7/2a3… It meets my needs just fine, I building #2 just for the fun / hobby.
I have Klipsch KLF-20 horn type speakers… around 100 db/w/m, and listen mostly to vocals and jazz.

Originally I planned a 300B, but now I’m thinking about changing to a 6550.

I got interested in 6550 /KT88 in researching for amp#3…. A 6550 pse or 6550 pp.

So here’s the questions:
1. Based on my speakers and type of music, what’s a better choice for amp #2
The 300b or 6550’s?

2. for amp #3, and thoughts on parallel single ended vrs push-pull
