I have a pair perfectly working 500ASP modules in GhentAudio cases. I'm use them for driving bass section. Now, I want to build in same cases LM3875 AMPS. Sure 500ASP modules have power supply +80V - 7A (max) and +50V - 5.5A (max). Question is, could I use power supply of 500ASP for driving one LM3875?

Yes, you can drive an LM3875 off the +50V rail - provided you follow the "single-rail" application circuit of the LM3875 datasheet (with caps on the input and output).
Note that I haven't tried it, but I have seen it done for a commercial PA speaker some years ago.
