My electronics knowledge is limited, but i have 2 of these subwoofers that are doing the same thing and not working. Nothing else looks wrong with the board. This black square relay is clicking really fast off and on. Occasionally it will work after awhile, but not now. The subs were left on for the last 7 years, but have been used very sparingly. I think i can replace this relay if i can find the right part, and there should be no other issues i am missing??

It could be electrolytic capacitors have worn out.
They tend to age first in a circuit.
You really need a circuit diagram and follow it through logically to find the problem

If they work after some time, this might rely on a thermal problem. (possible pcb crack and/or cold solder)
I once had a plasma tv which where also sensitive to heat - in the end it was the main power relais which where worn out.

Check Q1 and C1 - last page of the schematics (attached). 🙄
