[HELP!] PS problem

Yesterday I built 2 Pi filters for my Zen V4 and today I run some tests to verify it.

The 2 filters are the same and use the same part list.
Is use the following parts for each filter
- 8 x 10000uF from BC ref: 051
- 1 x 4,7nF from WIMA ref: MKP10
- 1 x 2.2mH

To build these filters I use a PCB from my conception:

Something is going wrong with one of these 2 filters because I don’t get the same result with the 2.
For a better comprehension a call the first filter F1 and the second F2

On first I test the 2 filters with a transformer (350VA, 18-0-18) and a diode bridge (600v,25A)
All voltage on the bride and on the transformer are ok!

I check the output voltage with my MM a get around 53V with the 2 filters but when I use my scop, I get an full flat output sig for F1 and something like capa sig with a load/unload for F2. But the DC offset is still the same: 53V on the scop for F1 and F2.

When I check the voltage one the filter without any AC source, I get around 53v for F1 and 2V for F2. The voltage on F2 is decreasing but not for F1.

Can someone tell what is going wrong and why?

Thanks

Are any of the caps (even C9) getting noticeably
warmer than the others in F2? (A bad part?)

When you say "any AC source" do you mean the
transformer, or a signal driving the circuit being
powered?

Do you have a picture of the waveform you are seeing
with F2? I'm having a hard time picturing it.

Erik
