Help Programming Prom - 82S123 or 6331-1N 32x8 prom
I have 2 6331-IN blank proms and 2 with software from an old Heathkit digital LC meter that I would like to have copied. Any one still have a burner capable of reading the blown ones and making one copy of each? Will pay reasonable amount or trade for parts, etc...
Correction they are MMI 6331-1N or 32 x 8 prom. Signetics 82S123 will also work.

Think you need to ask on an electronics site. Usually people don't upgrade their proms in a CD player 😀
I have such a programmer, an old one that can read and program weird old stuff. But i'm in Europe..
But 6116 is RAM i think, nothing to program.....?

Thanks, guido. You may be right. Maybe I am looking at the wrong IC's. the 6116 is a 2K x 8 ram. Thanks.
However, the number on the prom is 6331-1N from MMI, an 82S123 is the same from Signetics

i think that is waaaaaaaaaaaaay to modern. You need antique to program antique. I have an old ALL-07 programmer that can do this.
Found this list on the net:
Fujitsu SIG AMD MMI NAT TI HAR
7112 82S123, 27S19, 6331, 74S288, 18S030, 7603
The AMD, TI are listed in the ALL-07 sw and also the Harris.
Suggest to find someone close on an electronics forum. I can do this, but it's a bit mad to sent them over the atlantic and back. 😀
