Hey guys! My cheap JVC HU is fried and I put my OE HU back in. My car is a 97 Mazda MX-5 Miata, here is a shot of the front of the AM/FM/Cass http://stephen.fosketts.net/miata/audiopins/97 Miata Front.jpg . Here is a shot of the back that shows the 12 pin AUX http://stephen.fosketts.net/miata/audiopins/97 Miata Rear.jpg . I have a left over Alpine CHM-S611 that I am wanting to install to tide me over while I decide on a proper HU/Amp/Speaker combination.
I missplaced the DIN cable that came with it. Do I need a new DIN cable and anything other than this http://www.thecarstereo.com/product/product_view.php?product=MZCI01612 to install the changer?
Thanks,
Mike

I'm not quite sure but it is my opinion that Alpine changers that are Ai-Net enabled are only controlled by Alpine head units. If you could find a 9813 on ebay it could control that changer and a complete 3way active speaker system.
