Help needed to identify Akai driver

Hi all.

I have a pair of Aka SW-35 Jet Road (not Jet Stream) enclosures. I have pulled the drivers thinking that they are their version of the FE103, but as you can see from the pictures these do not have alnico magnets.

Can anyone help?

Some further information- I have discovered that these also have stiff suspension. Is this fixable? I don't know of anyone in NZ that can do the work, is there anyone here that does it at reasonable costs?
