Help needed on modifying BX1000D

Hello guy this is my first post here and hopefully it wont be my last as this seems to be a very informative forum. Im currently a member of another car audio forum as well and have been into car audio now for about 2 years. But now I have a question. Ive recently undertaken the challenge of figuring out how to raise the regulation on the controller chip in the output section to increase power. Ive heard that this will increase power, as for how much im not too concerned I just want to Mod this amp and maybe squeeze a few more watts out of it. Ive studied the wiring schematic of the controller chip for hours and I still cant find anything on what could regulate this thing. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

this chip controller got feedback from the output ,so it regulates the output to a constant voltage . if u change the feedback u can play with the output voltage but thats not gonna give u more power because other components in the power supply / amp may fail under higher voltage / power .Some people do that and it helps but also causes the amp to overheat and this may damage the amp .

if u really want to mod car amps then u should add more transistors to the power supply and use a bigger transformer (or rewind it with thicker wires) also add more output transistors to the amp . that way u can double or tripple the power

Im just looking at doing it to see if I can. More than likely if I were to mod the controller chip I would turn the gain down some to compensate. All I want is a few more watts there on hand when I need them. I wont be running the amp full power all the time. I barely run the amp full power as it is now.

What IC does the amp run? Looking for a ~ 16 pin IC. Then you need to draw out how its connected to the secondary voltage. Then figure out how it actually works (usually error amp on IC). Then how to change what it sees. It may have a neat little resistor divider you can change on either side of the error amp.
