Thats all that i know about it. Did some searching on google, and a AD12 woofer was made by celestion a while back, but cant find any pictures to match it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !
AD12 sounds like a Philips-code. It also looks like a Philips driver from maybe 15-20 years ago. Not sure how much help this is though

They are Philips... the model is AD12, they are nominal 8 ohms. The last number is a date code, but one of the more insctruable ones.

However...., according to Philips conversion list , this one is about the same.
In case my files are not clear some important figures:

Looks okee for open baffle (with supertweeter)
