Help me identify SMT components

I am having trouble finding these and their values. One is U100 and the other D1. Assuming an IC and a Diode.

The IC marked P57 seems to be ok. The diode however is cracked and burnt. I checked the SMD Code Book and it lists 3 options for B3.

B3 BZX399C2V2 Phi I SOD323 2.2V 0.3W zener
B3 HSMS-2813 HP A SOT23 dual ca HP2810 schottky
B3 MMBD717L Mot A SOT323 dual ca schottky

The footprint doesnt match the first one so is this maybe a small schottky? The "t" is throwing me off.
