Help me ID this interesting ECC83

I was given this ECC83 with yellow printing and crossed swords like you see on a Tesla but it has an unusual logo. It looks a bit like a lower case “n” with three vertical line below. I’m curious to learn more about it.

Your ECC83 was made at the Anna Seghers tube plant at Neuhaus (hence the »n«), Thuringia, former GDR.
