help identifying telefunken tubes

hi -

i have 2 telefunken tubes where the writing is all but gone. one was in a box hand labeled ecc85, but many tubes from this batch were in improperly labeled boxes, so i don't feel comfortable relying on that. pins 4+5 and 4+9 have continuity. the plates are smooth and have the same length, but appear slightly different as far as the side holes are concerned. (see details on image links below)

if i can be sure they are safe to try as an ecc83/12ax7 type that would help. i just feel to unsafe to stick them in an amp and try, since i don't know the expected heater voltages.

any tips would be greatly appreciated -
