I just purchased the boards and jfets from the store but the transistor kit is out of stock.
I still need the following:
8 - IRFP240 N Channel Mosfets
2 - ZTX550
4 - ZTX450
Is there a reliable source for matched sets of these transistors?
Thanks

I don't think ZTX550 / ZTX450 need to be matched.
Matched MOSFETs I always buy from our diyaudio forum colleague Hannes (h_a).

Thanks
How do I contact Hannes?
I would prefer to have someone else do the matching for me to save time and cost

The ZTX are bipolar devices and don't meet matching. Get them from mouser, Digikey or your favorite supplier.
Matching the IRFP240 is much easier than you may think. Especially if you buy a full tube which is usually all from the same batch. A full tube is 25 devices, about $42 at mouser. In other words you're paying an extra $28 to have enough devices to be assured of enough matching devices. Small in the big picture and you're ready for your next project. Or can sell extra matched sets.
You can match as tightly as you'd like. My last tube, all 25 were close enough to use but I was able to choose sets for my Aleph-J with Vgs matched within .001 V.
Papa has shown us how to match mosfets several times. Go visit passdiy.com and get the matching article.
Hope this helps.

What BobEllis wrote is my experience with 25 piece tube too.
Order was from mouser- IRFP250M- all between 4,21-4,15 Vgs. Matched on 15VDC unit.
For ZTX could be used BC550/560- i have done it on mine- look to leg orientation.
