Feedback, your select in list of priority could say something like drag and drop into list of preferred options.
Also you could have given options for DIY build or price we are willing to pay for a unit i.e. amplifier, however I guess the criteria is set by a module you are doing.

Done.
A few typos have crept in to your survey.
As is the case with most surveys, some questions don't follow from others. For example, having spent nothing in the last 3 years, should I then omit the rest of the survey or answer about equipment I already have?

Yes I'd have to agree. Yatesw, please take this constructively.
Designing a form is a critical affair that requires careful editing. As I have never purchased any speakers and only ever one amplifier (25 years ago), I felt like the survey was over after the first question.
At question 4, when I read just the amp, I can add speakers later I had to conclude that the survey was aimed at the non-DIYer and I stopped none the wiser for the experience. I would like to have seen either the option to state my position, or a qualifier before the survey as to the scope of the participant's experience.

I agree with Allen, more thought needs to be put into how the questions are worded, too many assumptions have been made to give useful results
This doesn't seem like the right place for this sort of survey as I design and build a lot of the equipment I use, as I would expect to be the case for many others here on the forum.
I decided not to complete the survey as there were almost no answers applicable to me other than the budget one which I would have maxed out.
