Hello & WELCOME 🙂
I have an 'off the cuff' and random question for you >
Do you have any thoughts or opinions regarding output-transformerless tube amps. using a multitude of output tubes ???

I don't think it is meant to be, but then again, I'm not sure.Is this a marketing forum.
Perhaps a Moderator could clarify?
I hope I didn't cross any lines with my introduction? Just to be clear, I call myself Proulx Audio but I am just one person. There is no warehouse or workers it's just me, and these are the amps and other tube based devices I build. I do sell my designs to the public, and i take commissioned builds if a person comes to me with a specific list of features or a specific tube type that they want in machine. I didn't know anything about the diyaudio forum until one of my recent clients suggested I join. I'm just looking to share my art with the community. Not fishing for sales, I'm already pretty busy as it is - although I generally don't turn projects down unless it's just not reasonable to build it. I offer advice and help on related subjects as well, and advice is always free. Just doing my part to keep vacuum tube audio alive.
I have many thoughts on the subject. Im back and forth on it, because to do it without using tubes with anode caps you're going to have to spend a lot of money on glass for one. If you're willing to use top cap tubes there are a few good options for less. Then there's the problem of hearing and powering the things to get them to a state where they're functional amplifiers. I was looking at Bruce Rozenblit's "Transcendent OTL" I have the design here (I bought his book) .. it uses eight EL509/PL509 sweep tubes per channel to achieve 80w rms output into 8 OHMS. 160w of tube power and no output transformers? Sounds too good to be true! It's not, the design works - and has rave reviews - but there's a ton of power being wasted to generate that 80 watts a side. 660 watts just in heat alone, and that's just the filaments. You imagine trying to run that on a hot summer day indoors? Lol. I may still build it. I kinda already have all the PL519 I need plus sockets and a 40v filament transformer up to the job, and two 500va 100v transformers to use to build the split rail power supply for the plates.. but.. I'm going to need to use separate chassis for the power supply and for the amp itself. There's absolutely no way I'm jamming all that iron plus big filter caps and another tube power trans for the front end, which needs a 500v b+ to drive it..onto a single chassis...it's got a lot going on lol.Hello & WELCOME 🙂

Welcome to the forum, here are some general guidelines.
The key here is not to promote your business or products within the regular forums, that said we do have many small business operators on the forum. You should be willing to discuss and share design information (including schematics) if asked - if not please restrict those posts to the vendor forums - which will be open to you after you exit moderation.
I am a former small audio business owner myself and did very similar work to what you describe. I have generally shared design information except where I felt there were potential safety issues, and even then the designs were shared privately with people with the demonstrated knowledge to build and use safely. Basically I shared all information required to replicate those designs with forum members, anything I considered sensitive commercial IP was never discussed here.
