Heat sinks for power supply?

Hi, I am new to this site and would greatly appreciate any help on my subject. I am building a power supply for my project this semester in school. The supply is a plus/minus 21 volt, 2 or 3A supply with and additional 5V, 1.5A supply added on. In the dual supply, I am using (3) 2N3055 transistors for the positive supply, and (3) MJ2955 transistors for the negative supply. Also, I will be using a 7805 regulator for the 5V supply. My question concerns the heat sinks for the transistors and regulator. This will be my first time using these parts and heatsinks. Does anyone know the heatsinks that would be required for this project? Also, where is a good site to purchase the heat sinks? Thank you for your time and help.

Hi,
fixed or variable voltage PSU?

2A to 3A could soon amount to many watts of dissipation.
Be prepared for some really big heatsinks if you want the pass transistors to survive. They will get hot and must be derated to account for the case temperature (Tc).
