HD650 driver replacement

Hello. Accidently I burnt the left driver (bobbin) of my Sennheiser HD 650. Where can I buy the spare part at a good price? Or if there is someone who owns a inused/broken identical one, that would be welcome...I live in Italy.

Merlin, I took a look to the site but I don't see the spare parts for my item..in any case I wrote them.

As for restoration, I fear it's hard thing. By an accident a 100Vac "flying" wire fell into the left channel (through the jack input) so the bobbin's thin wire was burnt and also the diaphragm was punctured. In misfortune I'm lucky the hv wire didn't touch the other channel

Thanks fortier, yes I had seen this and I already contacted the Sennheiser store...my idea is to buy just one, because I bought 2 years ago and payed 200€ sp don't want to spend too much for it.
I read in a forum that substantially HD650 drivers should be made all with same characteristics and I don't think they must be necessairly matched. So meantime I could buy just one and then see how it works. If I note some differences then I'll buy another one (shipping cost is cheap).

The Spanish distributor told me the same: not necessary to be matched because manufacturer uses tight specs.

Arrived today the left driver replacement for the headphone. After installing it I tried it and noticed not advisable difference with the other, anyway I began to run a wav burn-in file to the left channel only.
Someone can suggest me a good file for that? The one I found and I'm using is on Jlabaudio...

:cop: English only please. Rules 🙂

Ciao, potresti dirmi dove l'hai comprato il driver? Io non riesco a trovarlo da nessuna parte. Dove hai contattato Sennheiser per chiedergli il pezzo?
Quanto costa un driver? e quanto tempo ci mette ad arrivare?

Grazie mille

Hi, could you tell me where you bought the driver? I can't find him anywhere. Where did you contact Sennheiser to ask him for the piece?
How much does a driver cost? and how long does it take to get there?

Thank you very much
