Has anybody had contact with Devteam lately?

Has anybody got a email or forum reply from minidsp lately? I have been trying to contact them for technical assistance both on their forum and via email and have not received a response for several days. Is it a holiday there? Just curious...

Same here. I sent them an e-mail last Sunday and have not gotten a reply.

Their support has been very slow.

I have a case which has been ongoing for 3 months now, no replies for 6 weeks now.
I would not recommend buying from MiniDSP.

They have made changes to their site.
Maybe they run into some unexpected software problems.

My experience with devteam up to 3 months ago -last time I contacted them-was really positive.
