My name is Bruno and I live in Göteborg by the Swedish westcoast.
In my music system there is an old turntable: the Dual CS 1218 with the external signal cables changed to a pair of Van den Hul for perfect matching with the original Shure cartridge. Other components in the system are all harman/kardon from the nineties: HK6250, HD7500II, TD4400 and TU9200.
These goes together well and I am very pleased 🙂
I once, back in the eighties, had a sort of easy DIY-project in putting a speaker-kit together. It consisted of a single element for each box, made of MDF-board and a mat cut up in exact measures. In swedish it was called "Miniaudiofilen", and You can take a lock at a picture here: http://aace.pagesperso-orange.fr/62.jpg
The broadband-speaker was the Foster FE 103 Sigma. I didn't like it as much as my Rogers LS3/5a, though

It seems we have the same inspiration sources : I constructed loudspeaker systems from On en parle n°41: kits Tannoy, tansfo pour némésis, circuit protection hp, FE103 en colonne, correction LCR pour pré Kanéda ...., which are derived from the ones you made. I built one pair for a friend with FE103 Sigma and another one for me with Technics 10F10 (still better).
