Hafler Transnova 9505 Amp switch issue

I recently purchased a Hafler 9505 amp, it plays great! Only problem is that there are 3 small DPDT switches on the back panel ( Ground/chassis,2-channel/mono, balanced/unbalanced)with plastic arms that are broken off! They are listed as SW1,SW2,SW3. Any Hafler Gurus out there that can recommend suitable drop-in replacements. Thanks in advance! They are around 15mm long x 5mm .wide

The switches are designed to be recessed inside the surface of the back panel. I've got my original 9505 on the bench now in preparation for selling it. Maybe yours are not really broken? Sometimes what appears broken is a "design feature"!
