The next question is whether they are BSP149-L6906 (Idss grouped) or BSP149-L6327 (random).

The L6906 is currently unobtanium. If you are using the 2 MOSFET CCS you can trim the value of the current setting resistor -- isn't difficult.
They did arrive -- so pm me with the quantity, your PP address and I'll send out an invoice per the outline.
OK, all will be in the mail by tomorrow morning and that's it. My supplier (Arrow) is out of stock as well.
