So yeah, uhmmm...

Well let's keep it short:
Dutchman, with an extensive IT background who started looking into building amps after both my Panasonic amp and my Pioneer amp started to die and I almost got my hands on a couple of valves from a radar system...

I do believe that a good amp doesn't need thousands of Watts, it just needs to produce a warm, clear sound (most amps'll work with modern music or heavy metal, but I also enjoy classical music for wich I tolerate absolutely no distortion) a point well made (on several) occasions with my SU2300, SA7300 and Jamo D-115's...

I have now found (Finally) a supplier to get affordable valves, so I'm currently working on designing a horribly complicated and elaborate valve amp (the amp itself has to be simple and honest, with as few as possible components for the audio to go through, but on the other hand it also has to look nice, and I'm going bonkers with that: Nixies, magic eyes, exposed valves, nostalgic, cold-war like, chunky controls, the lot 😛 )...

So I'll apologise in advance for:
painful spelling and gramatical errors.
(Obvious) design flaws and errors
Appaling taste (or not, what do I know ^_^)
OCD like attention to detail and perfectionism (Well, I can't really help that; it's a character flaw)
and general N00bishness...
