I am a Pediatrician attending the poorest kids in my border town (Nuevo Laredo) Our neighbour is Laredo TX across the big river.
Sometimes in the flea market they discard some equipment such as Stereos, LCD panels Medical nebulizers. IN regard to audiovisual material I will appreciate your help regard to how to complete the device or how it works. It will help me in the educational aspect of my work.
