Good place to get 1uF and 50uF capacitors?

Need some for guitar effects, Farnell unfortunately doesn't stock any practical (or cheap) ones so I was wondering where else to get some.
I know Maplin does but the range on offer isn't normally great, would be good to pick up some info on more retailers too.

Try RS (http://uk.rs-online.com). I used to use Maplin for basic components, but recently they've become expensive for "no-name" components. Whereas with RS you can check to see by whom its manufactured.
