Glue for metal cone driver refoam

I ordered a re-foam kit for a pair of Acoustic Energy AE-2 speakers that I am refurbishing. The surrounds are specifically for and an exact match to the original design (very large rounds) but the kit did not come with glue so I'm left to my own devices.

Since the cones are metal on these, what glue would be best for foam surrounds?

I assume the surrounds are foam again? The AE-2 surrounds are nothing special, it would last much longer if you'd go for rubber replacements. Okay, since you seem to already have bought them, let's roll with that.

To glue spider or surround to the basket you need a glue that stays flexible, otherwise it will break at exactly the point where the glue ends. Usable glues are rubber based, polyurethane glue (some of them cure very hard, there are a lot of different types) or plain, generic 'surround/spider/recone glue', all of them work fine since every surround has to be glued to metal anyway. You can get such glue from big speaker retail shops, Thomann (mostly Europe) or Parts Express (US) or ebay.

Do you know how to glue the surround on?
