I am using this thread to list some whole speakers that I need to move out of the herd.
I'll start with one of my favorites. Boston Acoustics HD5, faux-walnut finish. Just refoamed and sound very good. I think these are some of the best compact bookshelves money can buy. I just need to move them along.
$60 for the pair + shipping.
I will be listing a few more in the coming days including some Genesis 22s and MB Quart 280s so please watch this space!
Thanks!

UPDATE:
MB Quart 280, asking $175. Local sale preferred, but they can be shipped.
Solid wood sides. Very smooth sound very much like ADS L620 or similar. The high end is a little crisper than ADS because of the metal dome tweeter. (my opinion)
No stands.

FOR SALE: Dahlquist DQ-8
Local sale only. (Near Boston MA/Southern NH)
Great sound, very similar to the smaller Alons. One of Dahlquist's last great attempts. excellent balance with a very smooth high end. The 8" woofer delivers strong bass that's not overpowering or boomy. Placement is easy with these speakers.
$180 OBO (You couldn't build 'em for this little!)
Issues:
1) Cloth is worn or pulled in a few placed. They are by no means perfect, but good from 5 feet away. You can see in the photos.
2) The black vinyl finish also has some wear spots in the typical locations.
3) Missing one jumped on the back terminals. I have it bridged with copper wire for now.

Adding to this list a pair of ADS L400, real wood veneer is in great shape. One corner has a minor issue that's very hard to notice on a back corner and a couple scratches on top. The grills are nearly perfect. Drivers work and sound excellent. Includes original paperwork and cartons. $200 OBO Pictures to come.
Nice collection of classics. Just want to warn you about shipping the 100V, I sent out a mint pair once and when it arrived at the buyer, both magnets on the tweeters had broken off taking the domes with them. Not pretty and very disappointing. I would have removed them and shipped separately had I known.

That's a risk with shipping any vintage speaker. I recently shipped some Polk drivers and that happened. USPS paid the insurance claim.
The EPI 100V, in particular, has issues with the magnetic getting loose, it is glued on with epoxy that gets weak over time, not mechanically attached.

Yes, but I'm just saying this is not a 100V issue specifically. 90% of the drivers out there are glued. And EPI used essentially the same woofer design for 20 years, along with Epicure, Genesis, and Burhoe Acoustics. I've seen Boston Acoustics, Polk, and Infinity drivers all with slipped magnets. To say it is a 100V issue and imply that it refers to the quality of this particular speaker is incorrect. It can happen to almost any speaker over time.
EPI 100V have SOLD
Adding a few more to the mix
ADS L400
B&W V201
Boston Acoustics A40
Scott Model Nine
ADS L400 with boxes and paperwork
Minor scratches to the wood veneer on top. One speaker has a ding in the rear corner. Every other side is near perfect. Grill cloth is great. Badges in tact. Sequential serial #s. New foam. Sound wonderful.
Asking $150 + shipping. Will ship in the original crates.
B&W V201. Excellent sound, small footprint. Surprising bass. cabs are black wood grain veneer with some issues among the bottom. No swelling, just some peeling on the corners.
$100 + shipping OBO
Boston Acoustics A40. Missing badges on both grills. Some small bruises here and there, but the cabs are generally in great shape. New filleted foams installed. Sequential serial #s (for what that's worth). Ready for another 20 years, or more!
$50 + shipping
HH Scott Model Nine bookshelf speakers.
These speakers don't look like much but they deliver a very pleasing sound up and above 150 Hz. There's little to no bass to speak of, but what sound they do produce is near excellent. Pair these with a powered subwoofer and you have yourself a potent entry system. These would pair nicely with a fleawatt tube amp for sure.
$25 + shipping.
Some scratches here and there. They are 50 years old after all.
