FS: Two Seas W17EX-002, consecutive serial numbers...

Good day!

I have two Seas W17EX-002 6.5" mid/woofers for sale. They are consecutive serial numbers 10/00-36 and 10/00-37. I have had them since 2001. They have been stored vertically (woofer facing out, not up or down...I do this with all of my drivers...gravity is not your friend) and rotated frequently since I have had them. They have never been used other than for testing. 10/00-36 has been mounted in a test enclosure, you can see marks at the mounting holes where the SS hex head screws touched the frame. Other than that...these drivers are basically new. They have been fired up for impedance testing and for a quick distortion/rub/buzz testing. (I do this with all my drivers as well.) They passed with flying colors as an Excel driver should.

I built one pair of custom speakers for a co-worker using this model driver, buying two pairs at that time to build myself a set as well. I’ve never gotten around to it, and these things are just going to collect dust if I keep them.

$220/pair or best offer, either way buyer pays shipping and insurance, double boxed, very well packed via USPS...which usually cheaper, faster and better than brown.

USA only please.

If you would like to see my feedback or get references from other sales I've made...let me know.
