I WILL POST to other countries on one condition: I will NOT ACCEPT claims for undelivered package.
In the US package tracking/delivery confirmation is inexpensive and gives the peace of mind to both parties. International tracking options are much more expensive for buyers.
Judging by the Group Buys and International Swap record here the success rate is high, but accidents may happen.
