I have a modified Sony PS-1 SCPH-1001 playstation. Mods include direct output stage from DAC, laser and chassis damping, cooling vents on top of PS (Sony style 🙂, and integrated remote control so it functions like a "normal" CD player. I think I also replaced electrolytic caps in the power supply as well...

This player sounds incredible.

$100 plus shipping in CONUS.
