the internal components of these speakers are the same as the Imperial PR-100 speakers which consist of P15LL LF(woofer) speakers, RP201 Mids (mid-range driver/horn assembly) and a RP302 HF (tweeter/horn assembly). Majority of Jensen's Tri-Plex speakers such as models TP-200 and BL-250 which looked almost the same and had the same internal components were made in the 1950's before the advent of stereo around 1958. And as such these speakers are found mainly in singles. I bought these with the intent to build a grand imperial system, but life got in the way. I have used them every day since, as they offer a sound that Ive never heard from any modern speaker. The only thing I have done in terms of modification was to remove the shellac/paint/lacquer and bring it down to the woodgran(the original finish was very rough looking and ive heard contained lead). I also removed the tweeters to lightly clean them, and have cleaned the other drivers as well(very gently). each speaker contains an RP-302, RP-201 , P15L, and A6XXX series crossover as well as a HF control for the supertweeter. As far as payment goes, I would *prefer* local pickup as these are heavy...but I can ship. All of the drivers were inspected/tested prior to my purchasing them. These speakers are becoming harder and harder to come by(particularly this model...it contains the identical drivers for the TP-200 Triplex but in a different configuration)
