FS: P-Audio TM-12 subwoofer, 2 x Peerless 12" XLS passive radiators

Hello,

Bought a subwoofer made for a local recording studio that they weren't satisfied. Used a (really impressive looking) P-Audio TM-12 subwoofer driver, and 2 Peerless 12"XLS radiators in a well made 60L enclosure. Going to recycle the amplifier, but will use my own subwoofer drivers, and so selling the active and passive drivers. P-Audio subwoofer is for local pickup only in Los Angeles or thereabouts - it's really big and heavy. Passive radiators can indeed be shipped!

P-Audio TM-12
This driver is reminiscent of the very impressive JBL W12 GTI - has a dual gap motor, inside/outside voice-coil, mirrored spiders - a very substantial powertrain, all in all. Very low inductance and strong motor (like the JBL).

BL 19.3

Tal

PRs sold, Alpine available!

Passive radiators sold, and I'm putting up two really nice Alpine 4 ohm subwoofers for sale. I was going to use these at home in low Q sealed boxes but then found 8 ohm subwoofers which worked much better for the amplifier I have.

Each for $105, or both for $195, firm + shipping. These are really good subwoofers, very well engineered with a flat BL curve and a clean 20mm xmax that model really well in a small sealed box: Qts = 0.7 in a 28.5l box, and Qts = 0.6 in a 57 liter box!

Factory specs for Alpine:
Alpine Electronics of America, Inc.

T/S for the Alpine SWR-1223D (from my Unibox modeling):
Alpine SWR-1223D
Fs 28.00 Hz
Re 3.70 Ohm
Qms 8.50
Qes 0.50
Sd 480.0 cm2
Vas 43.0 l

RCA and balanced XLR inputs
signal sensing/12V trigger

very slim
no controls whatsoever (NADA!) so make sure you're using with active crossover/home theater receiver, as it has no filters, low-pass, gain, anything whatsoever!

$95 + shipping

Exodus Audio Tempest-X (not the X2) 15" subwoofer with XBL^2: $145
