I guess that everyone here knows what is SIT-3 but for those who doesn't, here is some brief blah blah:
A stereo power amp made by Nelson Pass with currently unobtanium SemiSouth static inductor transistors (SIT), earlier known as VFET:
First Watt SIT-3.
Limited run of 250 pieces, already apparently sold out in bare 2 months of production.
18w of pure class A, with a higher damping factor than average FW amp. Anything over 90db/w sensitivity is a speaker good to be paired. Tested in various systems, from Tannoys like Cheviot and Berkeley, ProAc Tablette to super efficient horns Oris Swing. Dead quiet. Sounds good.

Lots of very positive impressions world wide:

According to writings, lots of effort to "tune" 2HD and emulate a triode sound (whatever this means) while having benefits of solid state (lower running costs - only an electriticy bill 🙂). My experience is it's neither warm nor euphonic, rather neutral.
Doesn't get unreasonably hot so plain 10cm above lid is enough (much cooler than F3 I used to own and other FW I had at home to test, F5, M2 etc).
The unit for sale is factory spec 240V AC power so European sale is a priority.
Two months old, barely run in.
Fully boxed with all the papers as delivered from the US. You are basically buying a new unit that someone run in instead of you.
Asking 3570 EUR delivered.
Payment by bank transfer or PPG, whatever you prefer.
